Properties and applications:
Low density – much lighter than metal bearings which reduces weight & friction
Extremely hard – ceramic bearing are much harder than conventional metal bearings. This means that they wear considerably less in use and last much longer.
Excellent surface finish – ceramic bearings are much smoother than metal bearings; the smoother the bearing, the less friction, and the more efficient.
Excellent thermal properties – ceramic bearings do not degrade in performance as they are used because they do not heat up or respond to heat like metal bearings.
Non-magnetic & electrical insulator – Ceramic bearings can be used in applications where electrical properties of conventional metal bearings would not be suitable.
Non-corrosive – ceramic bearings are non-corrosive and therefore require much less lubrication than conventional metal bearings.
1. Description:
The new energy series ceramics are produced by high purity complex alumina and nano metallization. It is suitable for brazing of different materials such as copper, aluminum and kovar. This series consist of HVDC relay ceramic housing, HVDC contactor ceramic shield, Fusegear ceramic case, ceramic connector for power battery cell.

They are mainly applied in EV vehicles, PHEV vehicles, power charing stations, power storage stations and urban commuting shuttles.
